Ending the sucky streak!

So I ended the sucky streak. I tried to go to the gym last night. The plan was to nap for an hour then go to the gym... I ended up napping all night and waking up at 5 am. So the streak continued until this morning. I got out of bed, got ready, went to the gym and kicked my butt! I did a mile on the treadmill, then did some core work (mostly abs, and upper/lower back) then did a power mile on the elliptical. All in all not a bad workout. I'm sure I will be sore tomorrow.

My eating has been really good. Despite what the "biggest loser" said the other night.. I have been eating breakfast around 7, a snack at 10, lunch at 1, a snack at 4, and dinner at about 7. Combined calorie intake of no more than 2200 a day. I am still losing weight fairly regularly. I just another couple of pounds... I am down to 282 right now. The goal is to be out of the 280's by Monday!

Trying to make another goal right now. Be in bed by 930pm! Goodnight!

  1. about time you get back onto blogging! And where are those pictures? Even if you don't post them it helps to do it for yourself. I didn't want to take mine this week because I didn't think I'd see any change but, sure enough, when I compared the two there was a huge change! Even if your weight doesn't change much your body composition probably is. :)
