Tonight showed me just how far I still have. My calves and shins were on fire. It was an odd feeling running on the road. I was uncomfortable in spots due to the narrow road and no side walk. I also noticed there were spots where the road I was running on was angled funny and my left foot was landing higher than my right... if that makes sense. I also decided to jog with music, which was a disaster because my crappy ear buds kept flying out of my ears. I was able to go 1.65 miles today, which isn't bad. I also went for a 1.75 mile walk after lunch. So not a terrible workout day. I am going to try and get up and do some swimming in the morning, my legs could use some low impact. I am also going to do some upper body lifting. This weekend I am tackling lower table rock with some friends.
Hope every ones day went well. I am off to bed. New favorite meal... Chicken or Fish with potatoes cooked in organic vegetable broth. About the closest thing I get to vegetables... It was 5 oz. of chicken and one potato. The vegetable broth was only 15 calories per serving... some Johnny's, Garlic and Italian seasoning and you are good to go!
