Sunday..

Today was a pretty good day. The closest thing I had to a workout today was about an hour of raking leafs... but at least I was out and moving. The one thing I was proud of was my eating today. I tend to over-indulge on the weekends. I did have a moment of weakness... I wanted pizza today, bad!!! But, I called a friend, one who is a NO-BS kinda guy. He helped me get through my craving. By basically telling me I'm an idiot for wanting to screw up everything I have worked for the last couple of weeks for.

I also weighed and re-measured myself. I weigh 287 right now and had about 3 inches come off of my gut! Glad I didn't have the pizza!

So pointers for sticking to it. Call someone and have them put you in your place! It helps. Sometimes we just need a reminder that we don't NEED the craving, we just WANT it. But I want my goal to become a reality, and so should you!
