I did get to say goodbye to the 280's, weighing in this morning at 278. So if this keeps up I should be at a pretty decent weight by Pear Blossom. Hopefully shedding this weight will make things easier on my shins and calves while running... Will be looking to revamp a few of the workouts I do to kick up the intensity a bit. I feel at this point my body can handle more punishment than I have been giving it. Today I thought my heart was going to thump out of my chest...
I think that is all I can do for right now... eat well... keep upping the intensity of my training and stay away from temptations and cravings... Like really really really wanting pizza and wings. I had to remind myself that pizza and wings got me over 300 pounds.
You have actually started to impress me....you've stuck with this for longer than usual, you committed to the hike here in front of the world (and showed up on time...LOL), finished the hike and committed to more hikes.
