So, as promised, I have started working out again. Tonight was a good night. I made it 20 miles ( according to the machine) on the bike in under an hour. After that, I did some upper body lifting to strengthen and build up the endurance of my swimming muscles. Then a little 1/4 mile jog for a cool down. My legs felt great. My shins were starting to hurt a bit during my jog. They feel nice and rested though.
I'm gonna try and get up early enough to swim in the morning...
My eating has been o.k. Steph and I need to go shopping pretty bad but we are waiting for pay day. We did cheat a bit tonight on the money department and got Subway for dinner. But its 5 dollar foot longs! How can you go wrong!
Anyways, I kept my end of the bargain today. Got my workout. Kicked my butt today. Literally my "A" hurts like heck... and to think, my goal is to sit on a bike for 5-7 times as long as I did today.
