Locking it down.
That is what my goal is. I ate well today. Chicken and Brown rice has become a favorite of mine, especially now that I have a rice cooker. Even I can't screw that up! Workouts are back in the agenda, that's not going to change. I have about 6-7 weeks until the pear so I am going to focus on road running as much and as long as I can. I was very active today which was good. I am leaving first thing in the morning for Portland. My goal is to learn some of the area I will be in by running the streets. Wish me luck. Thanks for the support. I appreciate it in all forms! Even the " what the hell do you think you are doing. Quit with the excuses and Lock it down!"

Good to see you're still posting on here!! Sorry I haven't been following your blog as much lately! You should be so proud of yourself Ralph because you haven't given up! There are many set backs especially in the beginning.. but it's ok as long as you get back on track like you have been doing .. After all this is a "lifestyle" change. It takes a while to get used to. I'm still cheering for you and your success.. even if I don't always get on here to tell you!! Hope to still be able to hike table rock with you guys!!
