Sorry...

So I am sorry that my blog has been pretty pathetic. I have been doing a lot of "traveling" lately for reasons I can't explain... yet... But on to other news. I went for a run today... went pretty well. My legs and feet got sore pretty quickly. Now that it is later today I am going to run a lot more often. Other than that I told you I would blog whether I worked out or not. So know this, I haven't been to the gym in a couple of weeks, I have tried to keep my eating under control, and have continued to lose weight slowly. Right now I am about 272... I need to pick up the pace. the 10 mile is more than likely out since I only have about 4 weeks to train. So my hope is to do the 5k at least. I am disappointed in myself. Life has been happening and it is really hard to keep up right now. It frustrates me that i have given up a month basically of training. So pray that I have the strength to do better every day. Cause I am tired... all the time.

  1. Enough of the bullshit excuses......just do the 10 mile even if you have to crawl. If you really wanted to exercise, you would find a way to do it, so stop making excuses. If you are losing weight through diet alone, you are losing muscle.....a lot of muscle. Get serious and get results. Dump the excuses and just fukkin do it!!

  2. You can start coming to the YMCA with me man(I have free passes). I'm not working now, so I'm going everyday before I leave. Will get you brick training in no time.
